The Cabane de Zucca range has a lot of variations on this style of watch. They all have a one piece strap that goes over a curve-fronted watch head, with just the LCD display poking through. The differences come in the colours and the material.
This model is called the Spectro Dragon and is a very noticeable bright red leather model embossed in gold details. The strap features a gold dragon symbol as well as the watches name in gold script. Under the name, it has the words 'Luxury Manufacture', and on the other end of the strap it says:

The watch head is also gold and says Limited 2000 on the side. It was released in 2000, but the writing may imply that it was a limited edition of 2000 watches (and the serial number of mine is low enough that it doesn't disprove the idea).
Cabane de Zucca watches are manufactured for the Japanese fashion brand by Seiko, and this model uses a Seiko W205 quartz module. The display is a 3 1/2 digit LCD, and it is basic with only time, date, and second modes.
The full model number is W205-4490, and the catalogue number is AWAD014.
