Citizen Independent 1481010 Jump-Hour Black

Today, it's back to the 1481010 collection again today.
The 1481010s were released by Citizen watches, mainly in the Far East. They were made for the young and fashionable, and the range ran from 1997 to 2003. More details on the range can be found here (link)

Many different models were released, and one of these is the Jump-Hour watch with a 6160 module. I've featured a special edition of this before, but this is the first of the standard editions. This model seems to be the most common (in a grey colour), and can often be found on Ebay.

For the time, there is a small minutes hand in the central portion, behind a triangular shape seconds hand. Hours are seen in a window at the top on a rotating disc. The hour dial isn't continuously rotating, and only jumps during the last 15 mins of an hour.

The strap is a one piece curved metal strap, and is quite common design feature in many of the 1481010s.
This type came out in 1998 at a cost of 12,000 yen, and were stopped in 2001.
The full model number is 6160-L17971, and catalogue number of IT21-4164J.
