Jun Chronograph

Back to a relatively normal watch again today with this watch by Jun.

I've not been able to find out much about the Jun brand. Any searches just give me links to articles that have been written in June...

The brand does have a high class appearance, it seems well made with a nice box, and a very elaborate crest design etched into the back and printed on the dial. The crest includes the words 'classic elegance' at the top, and writing in French at the bottom (the only thing I could make out was the phrase 'pour les jeunes' which is 'for the youth'). The crest does reveal that the Jun watches were established in 1958 (but it could say 1938).

The watch itself looks like a 3 hand dial, but in reality, is only a two hand dial. The seconds hand only works with the chronograph function. On the face are two small dials, one covering a 24-hr hour hand (right), and one for minutes in the chronograph (left). The crown is used for setting the time, with the two buttons just being used for the chronograph. Inside is a Japanese quartz movement, but I don't know what make.
