Casio Retro LCD 31QR-29

It's back to the retro again today with another from my old LCD collection.

This model is a 31QR by Casio and is the 31QR-29 (although it looks almost identical to all of the other 31QRs). It was released in 1976 so is one of the early Casio LCD watches.

It has a 3 1/2 digit LCD LCD display with markers along the top to cover the days of the week. In time mode, the markers also show blocks for 10 sec with them blinking for 5 sec and static for 5 seconds before moving on to the next. There are 3 buttons with two covering the standard display mode and set, and the 3rd starting the bulb based light. Unfortunately, the LCD panel doesn't seem to work on this one, but the light still does.

The back of the watch has the model number, but the front also has a number in tiny text at the bottom: 201A6-28 Japan. The strap part number is B-180P.
