Quiz - Alien DNA

It's been a while since the last Sunday Quiz, so I thought I should set one up again today!

The watch in question is the Alien DNA. It was released in the 00s (around 2006) in association with Tokyoflash Japan, with an original sale price of 15,900yen.

The display uses a back-lit multi-colour LCD to show the time, and the question, as usual, is what time does it say? I'll update the post once someone guesses correctly!

EleeNo Lite ART032- Quiz

Sunday Quiz time again! But a slightly easier one this week :-)
The watch is by the Japanese brand EleeNo, who are under the Seahope umbrella. The watch model is the ART032LT which is the 32nd model released under the EleeNo range.
As usual for the quiz, I'll explain how it works after someone guesses the right time!

Radioactive LED watch - Quiz

For my 50th post, I have chosen probably the hardest to read LED watch from my collection.
This is the Radioactive watch from SeaHope, and was released around 2007. For more details on Seahope, see http://whichwatchtoday.blogspot.com/p/seahope-watches.html

The watch tells the time using 19 LEDs, but has no numbers to help. When the time button is pressed, the LED lights fill up and flash showing the time.

The watch model number appears to be Sea09, but on the back, it only says "Warning Radioactive".

As usual for a quiz day, let me know what you think the time is on the watch picture below. I'll update the post with the answer and how to read it after someone has got the right answer!

[UPDATE]: The time was correctly guessed, so time to explain how the watch works. 
The way you tell the time is: The bar on the right is the hours (showing 5), and because the warning light at the top is on, you add another 6, giving 11 hours. For the minutes, the lights in the radioactive symbol mean 10, 20 and 30 minutes. The first and third of those is on, so it is 10 + 30 minutes = 40, and the number of reactor lights is the individual minutes (4), giving 44 minutes - so the time is 11:44

Sunday Quiz - Zero-G

Today's quiz is a little easier than the last couple - just let me know what time it says on the watch in the picture.
The watch is a Zero-G watch by Futara and was distributed by Tokyoflash. The watch was released around 2007. The time is displayed on a mirrored LCD, but there are no other features, only the time display. The watches two buttons are for setting the time (left) , and making the display show a short animation (where the markers showing the time sweep on and off).
I'll tell you how the display works once someone has guessed the right time.

The hours are indicated by the bar extending from the centre of the watch, and the minutes is indicated by where the line around the outside ends. So the time shown is 04:53

Quiz 2 - Intercrew Peanuts watch

As it's another lazy Sunday, I thought I'd do another time telling quiz.
The watch in question is the Peanuts watch by Intercrew, and has a model code of ic3788. I have also seen it marketed under the name Bacteria. This watch bears more than a passing resemblance to the Tokyoflash Infection, but you can tell the difference if you look closely. The Intercrew watch has matt peanuts on a shiny surface, and a smooth leather strap, whereas the Tokyoflash version face has a matt surround and dark bacteria, and a textured leather strap.
As for telling the time, it uses 27 coloured LEDs - but the rest of the info cones once someone works out "What Time is Displayed???"


[UPDATE] Again, a correct answer came through Facebook. You can tell the time as follows: The red lights are hours, the orange lights are groups of 5min, and the green lights are 1s. So it is 10:8*5 +4 = 10:44

It's quite a challenging watch to tell the time quickly with, as it normally takes a little while to count the orange lights, but after wearing it a while you start to recognise key points and can work from there.

Quiz time - Citizen Independent 1481010 abacus 1 D410-S70151

As I've got through around 1% of my collection, and haven't had any unusual ways to tell the time, I thought it was time for a quiz:
So what time does the watch say?
The watch is a Citizen Independent 1481010 with a D410 module using LEDs to show the time. When the button is pressed, the watch first tells the time, followed by a flashing pattern which changes by the hour. When the battery begins to run low, the patters is replaced by a single flashing LED (4 flashes for low battery, 10 for very low).
The 1481010 range has 4 variations with his module, 3 colour variations in plastic, and one metal version. There is also another set which uses the same case, but with a more traditional number display.
As for telling the time, I'll leave that to a later update after someone has guessed what the time is!

[UPDATE] The time was correctly worked out through facebook! The watch in the bottom picture is showing the time 13:08. The digits are shown in columns, two with green LEDs for the hours and two with orange LEDs for the minutes. A red LED counts as a 5 at the top of any column. So the time shown is
1 3 : 0 (5+3) = 13:08
