This is an unusual multi-dial mechanical watch by Rotary in the Elite range.
The hours are on a rotating disc, with only the current hour in the display window at the 12 o'clock position. The minutes are shown by a hand (rotating around the same point as the hours). The seconds are then on an offset dial below the main dial.
The back of the watch is clear, with the movement (17 jewel) visible through.
